  • Our Revit templates and families are compatible with Revit 2022 and newer versions. If you're using an earlier version of Revit, contact us directly for guidance.

  • Currently, we specialize in Imperial collections but offer a few Metric options and are actively expanding our offerings. You can stay updated by signing up for our newsletter; we’ll notify you when our complete Metric collection becomes available.

  • Our Revit product licenses are perpetual and tied to the purchaser or business entity, unless otherwise approved by BIM Template LLC. Customers receive access to intermediate version updates (e.g., 1.1, 1.3.4) at no additional cost; full version updates (e.g., 1.0 to 2.0) require a new purchase. Educational institutions, such as universities and colleges, can access volume discounts for multiple seats. For further details, contact us.

  • Yes, we regularly update our products to fix any issues or enhance functionality. If you encounter any problems with our workflows or a Revit family or template, we’ll notify you via email about updates and provide a link to download the latest version. If you encounter any issues with a purchased product, please contact us. We’ll take care of it and make sure everyone benefits from the updates.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Our payment processor automatically converts currencies based on the current exchange rate, so you can pay in your local currency.

  • While our store operates in USD, we accept global credit cards and convert your purchase based on the current exchange rate. No need to worry about currency conversion when buying our Revit products!

  • After completing your purchase, you’ll be able to download your products directly from the order confirmation page. Additionally, after receiving a standard confirmation email, you’ll receive an email with a download link that is valid for 24 hours. If you have any issues with your download, disable your ad blocker or try a different browser. If you need the download after this time, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

  • Due to the nature of digital Revit products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience issues, our team is happy to help you resolve any problems and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. We’re here for you.

  • Yes, we offer free sample downloads of all our digital Revit products. To access them, simply sign up for our newsletter; you’ll see the samples at the bottom of each product page. You can unsubscribe at any time if you prefer not to receive future updates. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out; our team will be happy to answer your questions.

  • All of our products include detailed user guides, and we also offer video walkthroughs on our YouTube channel. For firms looking for personalized training, we provide customized training sessions for a fixed fee. Contact us for more information.

BIM Template Course FAQs

  • Currently, our content focuses on the architectural side of Revit. However, much of the information is general and can be applied to MEP and structural design as well.

  • Most of the content applies to Revit LT. The main exceptions are work-sharing, view filters, adaptive families, some tools like travel distance, and plug-ins.

  • Yes, we provide downloadable files that supplement the course content, helping to reinforce what you’re learning.
